Remember Andre Berto? He’s the one who pounded Steve Forbes in his last defense of the WBC Welterweight belt. This Saturday evening, January 17, 2009, he will face his toughest challenge yet in Luis Collazo, a former World Champion who has has setbacks upon losing to Ricky Hatton and Shane Mosley. This fight will be held at Biloxi, Mississippi and will be broadcasted live by HBO.

Andre Berto looks every bit the strength that he exudes in the ring, and along with good boxing skills, he is currently the unbeaten champion. I will not immediately dismiss Collazo though because he is another world class fighter. My prediction for this fight is a knockout in the middle rounds for Luis Collazo, who I think is hungrier.
